HR Executive (Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth HR operations and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process for new employees

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee queries and concerns and support conflict resolution
• Promote a positive work culture and organize employee engagement activities

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Process employee visas, work permits, and related legal documentation

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Assist with employee benefits administration including medical insurance and end-of-service benefits

Performance Management & Training:

• Support performance appraisals and KPI tracking
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
