HR Executive – Real Estate / Finance / Banking (Walk-In Interview)

Job Description:

SPS Global is hiring an experienced HR Executive with background in Real Estate, Finance, or Banking sector. Candidate should be confident in recruitment and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real Estate, Finance & Banking profiles ke liye end-to-end recruitment
• Sales & support staff hiring
• Screening, interviews & follow-ups
• Joining formalities & documentation
• Attendance, payroll coordination & HR records
• Daily HR operations & employee coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year HR experience
• Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Finance / Banking
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Experience with Indeed, calling & WhatsApp hiring
• Immediate joiner preferred

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Final salary based on experience & interview)
