HR Executive / Recruiter – WAVE

Wave is hiring a Recruiter / HR Executive to help us bring in the right people, build solid sales team, and keep our hiring pipeline active.

If you’re a people person, can evaluate talent fast, and want to grow in HR within a fast-moving call center setup, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Search, filter, and shortlist candidates from online platforms and walk-ins
• Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate with management for final decisions
• Maintain daily hiring records, candidate sheets, and reports
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HR support tasks
• Share ideas to improve hiring flow, walk-ins, and employee retention

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience (BPO/Call Center preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in taking interviews and managing multiple roles
• Organized, responsible, and a team player
• Fresh HR grads with solid communication skills are welcome to apply
