HR Executive (Recruiter)(Freight & Logistic Industry)

Hiring for a leading Freight Forwarding Company:

Job Position: Sr. HR Recruiter

Job location: Mumbai (Chembur)

Work days: Mon - Sat ( Saturday is half day)

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6 pm

** Experience in Recruitment is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and outreach programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

• Freight Forwarding Industry: 4 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
