Key responsibilities:-
- Talent Acquisition: Managing the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Conducting orientations for new hires and managing the exit process for departing employees
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, managing conflicts, and ensuring a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Coordinating performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering benefits packages, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and managing payroll.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensuring the company and its employees comply with labor laws and company policies; creating and updating HR policies as needed.
- Record Maintenance: Keeping detailed and accurate employee records, including attendance, and updating them as necessary.
- HR Strategy: Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
