Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develops effective hiring strategies, collaborates with department heads to identify staffing needs, and ensures a positive candidate experience. Maintains talent databases, monitors HR metrics, and supports employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and meet organizational workforce goals.
