Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment experience

Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: 1–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical fit and communication skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, job specifications, and role expectations.
  • Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,855.62 - ₹24,474.57 per month
