Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical fit and communication skills.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, job specifications, and role expectations.
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ensure positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within timelines.
