- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support the appraisal process and performance improvement plans.
- Assist managers in setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and leave management.
- Manage attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Plan and execute engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Analyze attrition and implement retention strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
