Job Description:

· Responsible for talent acquisition / recruitment of staff for the University, Medical College & Hospital as per the TAT.

· Posting on the job portals and using Social Media to find suitable candidates.

· Independently manage recruitment process right from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening and initial interview to till joining.

· Head hunting & maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

· Post offer follow up with the candidates & joining formalities.

· MIS & Reports generation

· Induction & Orientation, Employee grievance handling.

· Should have good experience on a variety of sourcing tools & techniques.

· must be computer savvy with good communication & leadership qualities.

· Experience in any Education / Health care & Hospital industry is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,145.31 - ₹30,653.00 per month
