HR executive (Recruitment)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role,

• you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in appropriate roles with our clients.
• You will work closely with both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service, satisfaction, and success in meeting recruitment goal.
• Client Relationship management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that we meet their talent requirements
• Candidate sourcing : Use various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to source and attract potential candidates for clients’ open positions.

Education: A degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Experience: 1 to 2 years of Recruitment experience

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Work Location: In person
