Job Description:

About the Role
You will manage end-to-end hiring for corporate and shared services roles, coordinating with stakeholders, sourcing talent, and ensuring smooth candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role requires strong coordination skills, a structured approach, and the ability to meet manpower timelines with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and support function roles.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple hiring channels and tools.
• Coordinate interviews and handle timely candidate communication.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Ensure strong candidate experience and alignment with manpower needs.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing channels
• Ability to manage multiple roles within tight timelines
• Attention to detail and a structured working style
• Understanding of corporate functions and role requirements
• Work Mode: WFO (Kolkata)
