You’ll be at the heart of hiring, onboarding, and smooth day-to-day HR processes that make our fast-moving SaaS team work like clockwork.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, enjoys solving small operational gaps before they become big issues, and wants to grow into a full-stack People Ops leader in a global SaaS environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations — job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
Ensure every role has a clear hiring pipeline, status updates, and zero drop-offs.
Keep candidates informed and ensure a great candidate experience.
Maintain hiring dashboards, pipelines, and documentation with accuracy.
Own all employee data, contracts, and records — clean, updated, and accessible.
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and tools (like Keka, Timedoctor, etc.) for smooth monthly operations.
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internal communication templates.
Coordinate celebrations, events, and employee recognition activities.
Maintain monthly expense records and ensure reimbursements are policy-aligned.
Track participation and feedback to keep team culture data-driven.
Track key HR metrics (joining timelines, attrition, attendance) and report insights weekly.
Identify small automation opportunities and suggest improvements.
Work closely with the HR Manager to implement new processes and ensure flawless follow-through.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or people support roles (internship experience counts if you’ve delivered impact).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — nothing slips through.
Hands-on with HR tools (Google Sheets, Keka, Timedoctor, Notion, etc.).
Comfortable communicating across teams and managing multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset — you notice issues and fix them before they become blockers.
You’ll be the operational backbone of Saleshandy’s People & Culture team — ensuring hiring moves fast, data stays clean, and people processes never break.
