Job Summary

Dynamic Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support and manage core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, employee relations, HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding processes, and policy development. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and related HR operational activities
• Handle employee relations and support people management initiatives
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
• Support day-to-day HR administrative functions

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in employee documentation and record management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work a 9-hour night shift

Preferred Qualification

• Hands-on experience with Resourceinn HRMS
