HR Executive – Retail Supermarket

The HR Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities across retail supermarket branches. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes including recruitment support, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for retail store staff
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and shift rosters
  • Support payroll processing and resolve salary discrepancies
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
  • Handle employee queries related to HR matters
  • Coordinate HR trainings and staff engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and attendance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR operations experience (retail/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stores and field coordination
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
