About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle retail hiring and onboarding. The role is focused only on recruitment and onboarding for retail staff. Compliance, payroll, and other HR functions are managed by a separate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail sales staff positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection).
- Develop hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements within defined timelines.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with store managers for final selection.
- Handle pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.
- Maintain candidate databases in google docs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new staff into the retail operations team.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail hiring / frontline hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
