Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage HR operations for our retail branches. The selected candidate will handle payroll management, monitor attendance and discipline across branches, assist with implementing HR policies and SOPs, and recruit new staff for retail locations. The HR Executive will work closely under the General Manager to ensure smooth HR operations across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for retail branch employees.
• Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and punctuality.
• Ensure branch discipline and compliance with HR policies.
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement SOPs and company policies.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, and hiring for retail branches.
• Coordinate with branch managers regarding HR matters.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (retail experience preferred).
• Knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment, and HR policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage HR tasks across multiple branches.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Salary
PKR 45,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience)
