Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks
- Help organise employee engagement activities
- Address routine employee queries and escalate when needed
