HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks
  • Help organise employee engagement activities
  • Address routine employee queries and escalate when needed

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of labour laws and HR processes
