HR Executive- Talent Acquisition & Operations (B2B)

Location: Sector-63, Noida, India

Work mode: On-site (Mon-Sat)

Experience: 3-5 Years (B2B Manufacturing- Fragrance & Flavours, Pharma, Cosmetics)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive- Talent Acquisition & Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, building hiring processes, and supporting employee lifecycle activities in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Post jobs on job portals, LinkedIn, and social channels
  • Conduct HR interviews and support salary discussions
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
  • Support campus hiring and internship programs

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS
  • Coordinate joining formalities and background verification
  • Support attendance and payroll inputs
  • Handle employee queries and HR coordination
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and HR compliance documentation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 Years HR work experience in recruitment / HR operations (B2B- Fragrance & Flavours, Pharma, Cosmetics)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws is an advantage

Note: This role focuses on recruitment and HR operations. Candidates seeking purely payroll or administrative HR roles may not be suitable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
