Job description
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess fit and capability.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
-Need to visit Plant as and when required
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in any discipline.
- Proficient for sourcing and screening candidates.
- Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
