Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Develop and execute internal communication campaigns and employee announcements.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support HR operations and employee relations activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn recruitment and candidate screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
