HR Executive – Talent & Employee Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Develop and execute internal communication campaigns and employee announcements.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support HR operations and employee relations activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruitment and candidate screening.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
