Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage HR functions and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, a good understanding of HR policies and procedures, and experience handling UK-based staff, payroll, and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support UK payroll processing and attendance management
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with UK labor laws
Assist in employee performance management
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR matters, including UK staff management
Work in alignment with UK shift hours
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Candidate should be willing and available to work in the UK shift
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR or related role
Experience in handling UK staff, UK payroll, and UK labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
