We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional with 3–5 years of UAE HR experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hands-on experience managing HR operations for both Mainland and Free Zone companies. This role requires someone who can build structured HR processes, improve teamwork and accountability, coordinate cross-functional departments, and ensure employees receive continuous training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulations applicable to both Mainland and Free Zone entities.
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, visa processes, renewals, and HR records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Establish systems to improve workflow, accountability, and timely completion of tasks across departments.
- Monitor team performance and follow up on assigned responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication between departments.
- Design and implement employee performance evaluation and KPI tracking systems.
- Identify training needs and organize regular training sessions to enhance employee skills, productivity, and compliance.
- Support managers in employee coaching, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Maintain attendance, leave management, disciplinary procedures, and HR reporting.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, including both Mainland and Free Zone regulations.
- Experience with recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to implement systems and processes that improve operational efficiency.
- Experience conducting staff training and development programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) is an advantage.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities or companies within the UAE.
- Familiarity with HR digitalization and performance management systems.
