Skill fly, a leading skill-based learning platform, is inviting applications for the role of HR Faculty. We are looking for a passionate trainer who can inspire and guide students in the field of Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct engaging HR classes (online/offline).

* Prepare course content, assignments, and assessments.

* Mentor students with real-world HR practices

* Stay updated with current HR trends and policies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business Administration.

* Strong knowledge of HRM concepts & practices.

* Basic-level practical HR skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Laptop required.
