HR Generalist

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist at RITS Qatar will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations — including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth and efficient HR processes in alignment with Qatar Labor Law, MADLSA regulations, and company policies, while maintaining a positive work environment within a diverse, multi-cultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policy and Qatar Labor Law.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately through WPS, including salaries, deductions, and allowances.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and generate periodic HR reports.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and fully compliant with MADLSA requirements.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, and Residence Permit (RP) processes for expatriate employees.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, queries, and grievance handling.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports such as headcount, attrition, payroll summaries, and compliance updates.
  • Assist in internal audits, labor inspections, and HR documentation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law, MADLSA processes, and WPS payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bold Character and have the Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multi-cultural work environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Previous experience managing expatriate HR compliance, visa, and RP processes.
