EWD Tech is looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to manage daily HR operations and support employee management. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, HR documentation, and assisting with payroll and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, payroll preparation, and leave management.
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies.
• Support training, performance evaluations, and HR activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
