Job Title: Freelance HR Executive / Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Freelance HR Executives/Recruiters based in Jaipur and Delhi. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment and basic HR functions on a flexible, project basis.

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media.

Conduct initial HR interviews and manage candidate communication.

Support onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

Maintain candidate records and provide weekly hiring reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment.

Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must be based in Jaipur or Delhi.

Compensation:

Freelance basis (per hire / per project / monthly retainer – as per mutual agreement).
