Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring the smooth running of HR operations within the organisation.

Job description

1- Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates and managing job postings on various job boards.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates to manage interview schedules, pre-employment screenings, and follow-up communications.

2- On-boarding and Off-boarding

Coordinate on-boarding processes, including paperwork and orientation schedules for new hires.

Conduct background checks, reference verification, and maintain on-boarding records.

Organize off-boarding procedures for departing employees, including exit interviews and system access management.

3- Employee Records and Data Management

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems.

Prepare HR reports as required, assisting with data entry and maintaining personnel files.

Update HR databases and assist with compliance reporting and audits.

4- Employee Engagement and Relations

Assist with planning employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and social gatherings.

Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll procedures.

Support the HR team with resolving minor employee relations issues.

5- Performance Management

Assist with performance review processes, including scheduling and documentation.

Support the tracking of training, performance feedback, and development needs for employees.

Coordinate training and development initiatives as assigned.

6- Administrative Support

Coordinate schedules and meetings for the HR department.

Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards collaboration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
