Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Participate in initial phone screenings.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Assist in preparing onboarding kits and documentation for new hires.
  • Help coordinate induction and orientation sessions.
  • Support the exit process for departing employees.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records .
  • Assist with attendance and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas for improving the work environment.

General HR Tasks:

  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, new hires, etc.).
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
