Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Participate in initial phone screenings.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assist in preparing onboarding kits and documentation for new hires.
- Help coordinate induction and orientation sessions.
- Support the exit process for departing employees.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records .
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas for improving the work environment.
General HR Tasks:
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, new hires, etc.).
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
