HR GENERALIST

• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management, appraisals, and training and development.
• Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with UAE labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Support compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
