About Us


MASAJ Co. is a fast-growing, tech-enabled home-service wellness company. We are expanding our HR team and seeking an HR Generalist with 3–4 years of experience to support our people operations. This role will play a key part in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and driving engagement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

    • Build and maintain sourcing channels (LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, etc.).

    • Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • HR Operations & Compliance

    • Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

    • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR systems and digital tools.

  • Employee Engagement & Relations

    • Support employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company.

    • Address employee queries and grievances promptly.

    • Contribute to engagement initiatives that build a positive workplace culture.

  • Performance & Development Support

    • Assist in performance review processes and documentation.

    • Support in designing and rolling out training and development activities.

  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Provide input for salary reviews and benefits administration.

    • Ensure alignment with company policies and market standards.



Requirements


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • HR Diploma is required.

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Egyptian labor law.

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of HR software and digital HR tools.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
