HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the transport industry. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience handling end-to-end HR operations and must be familiar with the challenges and requirements of workforce management in logistics/transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for drivers and employees
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursement
• Handle attendance management and maintain proper HR records
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner
• Drive performance management processes for drivers and staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 3–4 years of HR experience in the transport/logistics industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, grievance handling, and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
• Preferable male candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
