Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace environment aligned with company values.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Plan employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and retention.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave, and attendance systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Performance Management
- Assist in setting up performance appraisal systems.
- Track and evaluate employee performance.
- Support managers in performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Conduct HR workshops and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (for Executive role) / 3–6 years (for HR Manager role).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
