Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage contract manpower recruitment and deployment.
2. Payroll Management:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure statutory compliance in payroll (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
- Handle salary structure, deductions, and full & final settlements.
3. Time Office Management:
- Maintain employee attendance records and leave management system.
- Monitor biometric and manual attendance.
- Ensure timely updates of overtime and shift schedules.
4. Statutory Compliance:
- Prepare and file PF, ESI, and other statutory challans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
- Handle inspections, audits, and statutory returns as required.
5. Contract Manpower Handling:
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain contract manpower attendance, wages, and statutory documents.
- Act as a liaison between contractors and management.
6. General HR Activities:
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.
- Maintain HR records and generate required MIS reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
