Senior HR Executive

Hosur, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage contract manpower recruitment and deployment.

2. Payroll Management:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure statutory compliance in payroll (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
  • Handle salary structure, deductions, and full & final settlements.

3. Time Office Management:

  • Maintain employee attendance records and leave management system.
  • Monitor biometric and manual attendance.
  • Ensure timely updates of overtime and shift schedules.

4. Statutory Compliance:

  • Prepare and file PF, ESI, and other statutory challans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and statutory returns as required.

5. Contract Manpower Handling:

  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain contract manpower attendance, wages, and statutory documents.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors and management.

6. General HR Activities:

  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.
  • Maintain HR records and generate required MIS reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
