HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements.
  • Design, plan, and implement annual training calendars for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain training records, track effectiveness, and evaluate post-training feedback.
  • Develop employee skill enhancement and succession planning initiatives.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Drive the end-to-end Performance Management process across the organization.
  • Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support in linking PMS outcomes with training, rewards, and career progression.

Committee Meeting Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate organizational committee meetings (e.g., Safety, POSH, Grievance, etc.).
  • Prepare agendas, circulate notices, and maintain accurate minutes of meetings.
