Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates.
• Hire the right employees
• Maintaining Process payroll, Payroll maintenance, standard operating procedures , Anti-harassment and Non- discrimination paid leave , Sick leaves and time off benefits , meal and lunch period, time tracking, Employee attendance and punctuality.
• Conduct disciplinary actions.
• Update policies, maintaining policies to reduce conflicts and legal issues and improve employee productivity.
• Maintain employee records, Maintain the data base records of the employees, time office and attendance.
• Conduct benefits analysis
• Maintain company culture and work culture
• Maintain their data base of records
• Reporting channel with project head
• Major roles are HR is responsible for designing the job analysis to hire them
• Selecting, planning according to the requirements
• Assigning the right resources to the right project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
