  • Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru

Experience Required: 5+ Years (Preferably in Manufacturing Industry – Plastic Sector)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with a strong background in the manufacturing industry (preferably plastics) to manage end-to-end HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling 360-degree HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and preparing for HR-related audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, onboarding).
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Ensure effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personal files.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee benefits administration.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and drive skill development initiatives.
  • Coordinate external/internal training programs.
  • Compliance & Statutory Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Factories Act, etc.).
  • Prepare necessary documentation for inspections and audits.
  • Performance Management:
  • Drive performance appraisal processes and career development discussions.
  • Support implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Audit & Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain HR audit records.
  • Generate periodic HR reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry (plastic preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, audits, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle HR responsibilities independently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
