HR Generalist

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage HRIS data entry and reporting; ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee questions
  • Assist with performance management processes and annual reviews
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Participate in policy development and ensure consistent application across the organization
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Prepare HR-related documentation and reports required for NAAC, NBA, COE, and other statutory/accreditation bodies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
