About the Role
We are hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle core Human Resource operations at our Indore (Padesipura) office.
The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR experience and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and support roles.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
- Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and employee onboarding documents.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital & physical).
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and work hours.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary inputs and verification.
Statutory Compliance & HR Policies
- Support compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Help draft and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Ensure legal and regulatory adherence in all HR processes.
- Manage basic employee grievance handling and workplace discipline.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities such as birthdays, events, and team outings.
- Contribute to building a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
- Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR Operations, HR Executive, or HR Generalist role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS / HR Management Systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi).
- High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
