At PM Digital, we craft performance-driven digital solutions that connect brands with audiences across the MENA region. As a growing creative agency, we value people as much as projects — and we’re looking for an HR Business Partner who can balance strategy with hands-on HR execution.

The Role

The HR Business Partner will act as the go-to for all HR matters, supporting leadership and employees while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law. This role combines tactical day-to-day HR operations with building a strong, engaging company culture tailored to the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor law.
  • Ensure compliance in contracts, benefits, and employee records.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for creative and digital roles (designers, account managers, media, content).
  • Partner with team leads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters.
  • Handle grievances, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee social and medical insurance enrollment and administration.
  • Support payroll preparation with accurate HR data.

Performance & Development

  • Support implementation of performance management frameworks.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Experience in a creative, digital, or media agency preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and medical insurance administration.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, especially for creative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — approachable, solution-oriented, and able to influence at all levels.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
