Business Unit Manager – Recruitment (Remote & Commission-Based)

We are looking for Business Unit Managers – Recruitment to lead and develop entire business units, driving hiring success for leading companies in Egypt through QuickfirmX’s recruitment platform.

Your Role:

  • Build, manage, and scale a business unit of recruiters and team leaders.
  • Set hiring strategies, targets, and ensure performance KPIs are met.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to your unit.
  • Act as the main link between QuickfirmX management and your recruitment unit.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of candidates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams (at least 20+ recruiters through team leaders).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive performance in a competitive environment.
  • English level B2 or above.
  • Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet.
  • Availability of at least 4–5 hours per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
