We are looking for Business Unit Managers – Recruitment to lead and develop entire business units, driving hiring success for leading companies in Egypt through QuickfirmX’s recruitment platform.
Your Role:
- Build, manage, and scale a business unit of recruiters and team leaders.
- Set hiring strategies, targets, and ensure performance KPIs are met.
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to your unit.
- Act as the main link between QuickfirmX management and your recruitment unit.
- Ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sales leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams (at least 20+ recruiters through team leaders).
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive performance in a competitive environment.
- English level B2 or above.
- Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet.
- Availability of at least 4–5 hours per day.

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£100,000.00 per month
