ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

  • Responsible for the support and maintenance of a company’s HR systems. They are charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Processing Data and Maintaining Accuracy:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of HR Information Systems on SAP or Workday.
  • Processes employees’ information including annual leaves, salaries and time attendance on SAP.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.

2- Systems Integration & Automation:

  • Manage the troubleshooting, testing the processes of the HR systems and coordinating with the end users.
  • Ensures accurate and timely transmission of data between HRIS and other systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to HRIS team members and HR users to increase system knowledge and proficiency.
  • Participate in design, developing and implementing any new features, or systems (i.e. Success Factor, Workday system)
  • Update HR-related systems regularly to ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
  • Design user-friendly processes and guideline manuals.

3-HRIS Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform regular assessments and oversee all system upgrades and additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
  • Help in developing tools and applications that facilitate daily operations.
  • Deliver regular reporting to different business functions.
  • Help in the Implementation of latest reporting trends through automated tools.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Education:

  • bachelor’s degree MIS / Computer Science/Engineering
  • HR Certification is a plus

Experience and Skills:

  • 8 - 10 years of relevant HRIS experience
  • Professional user of SAPHCM & Workday applications
  • High analytical skills
