Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Leadership

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the Interpretation Industry.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Utilise technical experience to enhance recruitment processes through innovative tools and methods.

Team Management

• • Provide training, coaching, and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
• • Monitor team progress through regular meetings and performance tracking.
• • Address performance opportunities by creating and reviewing action plans.
• • Coordinate with regional talent acquisition teams and report on team KPIs to management.

• Ensuring SLA Achievement:

• • Ensure that all open requisitions are handled within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• • Maintain clear communication with Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers to ensure progress and priority alignment.
• • Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and SLA fulfillment to management.

• Process Improvement

• • Identify improvement opportunities in the current recruitment process and implement changes to streamline operations.
• • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that recruitment processes meet their needs and improve candidate experience.

• Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficient in using HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
