Talent Acquisition Specialist (Telecommunications Background)

Giza, Egypt

  • Monitor vacancies & ensure they are adequately filled within the Talent Acquisition KPIs of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hired.
  • Monitor and analyze incoming CVs from multiple sources, screening and classifying candidates according to specialization, experience, and suitability for the Gulf market.
  • Coordinate with departments, employees, applicants, and management to provide guidance and support regarding recruitment, probation, and internal transfers.
  • Represent the company in job fairs and industry-related events, promoting the company’s brand, open vacancies, and career development opportunities.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven fulfillment of all recruitment requisitions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate Talent Acquisition reports to support decision-making.
  • Regularly update Job Descriptions to align with business expansion and operational needs.
  • Assess and evolve organizational structures to support strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in call center and telecommunications industries, preferably within the Gulf market.
  • Proven experience in hiring for customer service, contact center operations, and supervisory/management roles.
  • Strong understanding of Gulf market recruitment practices, cultural nuances, and workforce dynamics.
  • Very good to excellent command of English; knowledge of Gulf dialects is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and creative channels to attract top talent.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
