The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in the initial stages of the hiring process. This individual is responsible for efficiently sourcing, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and evaluating candidates against core job requirements, cultural fit, and basic qualifications. The Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for many candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience while maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Review: Thoroughly review and screen high volumes of resumes, applications, and supporting documents to determine minimum qualifications, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
- Initial Candidate Screening: Conduct structured, high-volume phone or virtual screenings with candidates to assess essential skills, cultural alignment, salary expectations, availability, and motivation.
- Candidate Management: Accurately document all screening results, candidate interactions, and feedback in Concentrix Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and next steps for both successful and unsuccessful applicants.
- Coordination & Handoff: Effectively communicate qualified candidates and detailed screening notes to the respective Recruiters and Hiring Managers for subsequent interview stages.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to the screening process, screening scripts, and initial assessment methodologies to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Compliance & Consistency: Ensure all screening activities are conducted in a fair, compliant, and consistent manner, adhering to relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Candidate Experience: Uphold a high standard of candidate experience by providing professional, timely, and constructive communication.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Graduates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets).
- Communication: Fluent in English both verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to E£18,984.38 per month
