Requirements and responsibilities


As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber technical talent. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
  • Establish clear selection criteria for each position.
  • Source qualified candidates through online platforms, professional communities, and networking channels.
  • Manage and execute the screening process, including phone interviews, assessments, and in-person discussions.
  • Evaluate candidate data via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including resumes and communication logs.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and role-specific interview questions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and social recruitment platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment using various selection and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of diverse technical and non-technical roles across organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
