As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber technical talent. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.

Establish clear selection criteria for each position.

Source qualified candidates through online platforms, professional communities, and networking channels.

Manage and execute the screening process, including phone interviews, assessments, and in-person discussions.

Evaluate candidate data via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including resumes and communication logs.

Craft compelling job descriptions and role-specific interview questions.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.

Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

Strong familiarity with sourcing tools, resume databases, and social recruitment platforms.

Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment using various selection and evaluation methods.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
