About The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Sr. Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and executing innovative recruitment strategies and attracts exceptional candidates across diverse roles. Employing a multi-channel approach, including social media, job portals, and networking events. Rigorous candidate assessments and interviews ensure the perfect fit, facilitated by our cutting-edge ATS. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, guiding them through the entire recruitment journey, from understanding requirements to successful onboarding. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, the Specialist also designs a seamless onboarding experience, facilitating smooth integration and fostering employee growth. By staying attuned to market trends and leveraging strategic partnerships, the Specialist enhances the organization's employer brand, positioning it as an employer of choice.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through our ATS
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Design and execute an efficient onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate new hire orientation, training, and mentorship programs.
  • Assist new employees in completing necessary paperwork, setting up their workstations, and familiarizing them with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the progress of new hires during the onboarding period and address any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Create compelling employer brand messaging and collateral to attract top talent.
  • Foster relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry influencers to enhance the organization's brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to continually improve the employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

Required Skills &Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language.

Education & Experience:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant degree.
  • Demonstrated professional background in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a maximum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Solid understanding of various recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practice
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of different sourcing methods through multiple platforms.
  • Employer branding and onboarding experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices.
