We are excited to invite a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and acquiring top talent to drive our mission forward. You will partner with various departments to understand their hiring needs, create candidate profiles, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with sourcing candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organization.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open positions at once.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
