HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
  • Track attendance, leave, and prepare salary details.
  • Conduct training, orientation, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee relations and handle grievances.
  • Support management in HR policies and daily operations.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Good communication and people-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
