Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Dewas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to manage people processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the accounts department.
• Support in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns.
• Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and welfare programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
