  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation documentation.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support in drafting HR letters, policies, and circulars.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
