- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance and leave records.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation documentation.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Support in drafting HR letters, policies, and circulars.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
